HERMISTON Southern Oregon University's Anthony Neal (Central Point, Ore./Crater) was fifth in the decathlon and Anna Reitman (Winston, Ore./Douglas) was seventh in the heptathlon after Thursday's events at the Cascade Conference Multi-Event Championships at Hermiston High School.
