ASHLAND Amelia Maguin (Fernley, Nev./Fernley) won her third title in two days Saturday in the 21st annual Cascade Conference Track & Field Championships at Raider Stadium, becoming Southern Oregon University's first Women's Track Athlete of the Meet since Tiwana Merritt in 2002.
