LA GRANDE For the second straight week, Southern Oregon's Amelia Maguin (Fernley, Nev./Fernley) was voted the Red Lion Cascade Conference Women's Track Athlete of the Week on Monday for her efforts at Saturday's Sacramento State Hornet Invitational.
